Booking Confirmation:

  • Once you book your tour package, you will receive a confirmation through Email, WhatsApp message, and a phone call within 24 hours.

Delivery of Travel Documents:

  • All necessary documents, including itineraries, digital vouchers, tickets, and booking details, will be provided digitally through Email and WhatsApp.

  • Physical delivery of documents is available upon customer request and based on customer priority.

  • Customers can choose to present digital documents or printed versions when utilizing services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Billoo Travels Services Pvt Ltd, we understand that plans may change. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to offer clarity and fairness:

Cancellation Conditions:

  • Cancellations are accepted if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure date.

Cancellation Process:

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us via Email, WhatsApp message, or Phone call. All three methods are accepted and valid.

Refund Policy:

  • Refund amounts may vary based on the specific tour package or service booked. Detailed cancellation and refund conditions for each specific service/package will be clearly communicated to customers via email or displayed in an “I Agree” dialogue box during booking confirmation.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days after approval.

  • Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment used during booking.

Non-refundable Services:

  • Certain special or promotional tour packages/services might not be eligible for refunds or cancellations. Any such restrictions will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
