Refund Policy
01Cancellation by Client
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee (PKR 10,000). Cancellations 15-29 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations less than 15 days: Case-by-case evaluation, generally non-refundable.
02Cancellation by Billoo Travels
In the rare event that we cancel a package, clients receive a full 100% refund or the option to transfer to an alternative package of equal or greater value at no additional cost.
03Visa Rejection
If a visa application is rejected despite proper documentation, the client receives a full refund minus visa processing fees and any non-recoverable supplier costs.
04Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add additional days.
05Non-Refundable Items
Visa processing fees, travel insurance premiums (once activated), and any third-party services already rendered are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.
06Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), Billoo Travels will work with clients to reschedule or provide credit vouchers valid for 12 months.
